My name is Maggie, I am a fully qualified person-centred Psychotherapist and Coach, with expertise in eating disorders, ADHD, autism, ARFID, trauma and self-harm. As someone diagnosed with ADHD, autism, and ARFID, I bring a unique perspective as I understand these challenges first hand.
”I am passionate about empowering clients to strengthen their sense of self and take control of their lives. Instead of positioning myself as the expert, I collaborate with you, believing that you know yourself best. My goal is to walk alongside you, providing guidance and helping you view your experiences through the "canvas of life." Together, we will explore the "colours" of your experiences, understanding how they shape your emotions and behaviours.
