How to Use: My Support Network

This worksheet helps you identify the different kinds of support available around you.

Begin with the people you feel emotionally safe with. They don't necessarily have to understand everything — think about who allows you to be yourself without judgement.

Identify someone you could tell when eating becomes difficult.

Then record any professional support currently available to you.

The next section is about communication. Write down what you would like other people to understand about your needs, including what genuinely helps and what feels pressuring or unhelpful.

You can then create a simple sentence for asking for help. Having the words prepared can make reaching out easier when you are struggling.

Finish by identifying one person or service you could contact.

You don't need a huge support network. Sometimes knowing who your safe people are and how you want them to support you is the most useful starting point.
