How to use this worksheet
Use this page to build a picture of your own neurodivergent profile. Work through each section and write what feels true for you: what comes naturally, what takes more effort, where you function best, what helps you focus, what drains you and how you prefer to process information.
You do not need to complete everything at once. You may notice more about yourself over time and come back to add to it.
How it can help
Understanding your individual profile can help you recognise both your strengths and your support needs, rather than focusing only on difficulties. It can help you identify environments that suit you, understand your energy and sensory needs, communicate more clearly with other people and recognise adjustments that could make everyday life, education or work more manageable.
Most importantly, it encourages you to understand how your brain works best, rather than measuring yourself against how somebody else functions.
