My Mind-Body Wellbeing Plan

What to do:
This worksheet brings together what you have discovered about yourself across the other body-awareness pages.

Start by identifying the signs that tell you your body is generally doing okay. These are just as important to recognise as signs of difficulty.

Next, record your early signs of overload, stress or fatigue. Think about the body signals you want to listen to sooner rather than waiting until you reach your limit.

Add the things that help you regulate, recover and restore energy. Include people, professionals, environments, routines, sensory tools or practical adjustments that support you.

Then create a simple plan for difficult periods. Ask yourself:

When I notice that I am beginning to struggle, what is my first step?

It does not need to be a complicated wellbeing plan. Your first step might simply be stopping, reducing demands, contacting somebody, resting, eating, drinking, moving somewhere quieter or asking for help.

Finish by writing something you want to remember about respecting and working with your body rather than constantly pushing against it, followed by one gentle next step you would like to take.
