Walk into someone else's working day

Six fictional colleagues experience the same workplace situations differently. Explore their thoughts, notice what others may see, and discover how everyday choices can create more inclusive workplaces.

A guided simulation, not a live group: All characters and dialogue are fictional. Experiences are illustrative, not universal descriptions of disability. You can skip any activity and choose what you share.

How this experience works

Choose a scene. Eight workplace moments explore meetings, invitations, change, feedback and belonging.

Choose a perspective. Hear what one of six people may be thinking, including a manager.

Look beneath the surface. Explore internal experience, outside impressions, barriers and helpful adjustments.

Make a choice. Test a possible response and see constructive feedback.

Reflect privately. Save notes, download your summary or simply move on.

Meet the six perspectives

Respectful exploration

People do not all experience disability, neurodivergence, anxiety or management responsibilities in the same way. Avoid treating one fictional character as a spokesperson for everyone. The aim is to ask better questions, make fewer assumptions and explore practical changes.

The inclusion challenge

Explore a workplace situation and choose a response. This is not a test of whether you are a good person. It is an opportunity to consider what might help, what might create pressure and what information may be missing.
