From My Table to Yours

Living with OSFED can mean navigating food, feelings and expectations that other people may not understand. You do not have to compare your struggles with anyone else's.

Recovery support should reflect your needs, including nourishment, emotional care and physical wellbeing.

Remember:

OSFED is a serious eating disorder. These cards are a reflective companion, not a replacement for medical assessment, dietetic care or specialist treatment.

Contact your GP or an appropriate eating-disorder professional if eating or physical health is affected. Seek urgent help for fainting, severe dehydration or rapid deterioration.
