MY WELLBEING & RECOVERY PLAN

This downloadable workbook sits within the Eating Disorders section of the Support Hub and provides a structured but flexible way to explore your own recovery needs.

Inside you will find space to identify what recovery means to you, the signs that tell you things are becoming more difficult, common triggers and changes you may notice around food, mealtimes, thoughts, emotions and your body. There are dedicated sections for sensory needs, support before, during and after meals, helpful and unhelpful communication, and ways to regulate when distress rises.

You can also build a personal difficult-day plan: who you can contact, when to ask for more support, what you would like other people to understand and the first small steps you can take when the eating disorder feels louder. A reusable weekly recovery check-in helps you notice progress, difficulties and changing support needs without turning recovery into a score.

The workbook finishes with recommended eating-disorder reading, UK support resources and a personal message from Space to Breathe Therapy.

Use the workbook at your own pace, independently or alongside a therapist, eating-disorder professional, dietitian, GP or trusted person.

Please note: this resource is for information, reflection and support. It does not replace individual medical assessment or eating-disorder treatment. If you are physically unwell, at immediate risk, or concerned about rapid deterioration, seek appropriate urgent medical support.
