HYDRATION AND BLOATING
Can drinking more help bloating? Sometimes — particularly when low fluid intake is contributing to constipation — but hydration is not as simple as forcing yourself to drink huge amounts of water.
This Space to Breathe Therapy resource explores steady fluid intake, fizzy drinks, caffeine, feelings of fullness after large drinks, constipation and sensory barriers to drinking. It includes a simple hydration check-in, guidance for people with ARFID or sensory differences, and information about when unusual thirst or dehydration may need medical attention.
The aim is to find a hydration pattern that is manageable for your body and your life — without creating another rigid rule to follow.
