SMALL CHANGES, BIG IMPACT
Digestion, energy and everyday wellbeing
When digestion feels uncomfortable or energy keeps dipping, it can be tempting to change everything at once. This resource takes a gentler route.
Small Changes, Big Impact explores practical changes around regular eating, hydration, fibre, stress and the eating environment. It also explains why tiredness after food does not automatically prove that a particular food is inflammatory or intolerable.
For people with ARFID, sensory differences or restricted eating, the emphasis remains on nutritional safety and reliable foods. The aim is not a perfect diet. It is to make eating and digestion more manageable while noticing useful patterns.
Inside:
• regular eating and digestion
• hydration
• increasing fibre gently
• reducing pressure around meals
• understanding energy dips
• changing one thing at a time
• a personal check-in
• when symptoms need medical assessment
• a message from me
