ARRIVING IN THIS MOMENT

There is no right place to begin. You can colour before you write.

You do not need to feel completely calm to use this page. Notice what is here, without judging it or trying to change it. You can skip any prompt, pause, or come back another time.

A small check-in

SOFT CIRCLES

Soft shapes. Layers. Let the circles guide your attention.

Let your eyes travel around the rings. Choose one small space, colour it, and notice the pattern unfolding at your pace.

Choose a colour for one shape or use a few colours together. You can tap a space to colour it in the digital version, or print the page and use pencils.

Words, colours, patterns and anything I might like to remember.

SHAPES & LINES

Make your own path through the shapes. There is no right order.

Follow a line, pause at a corner, or move between repeating forms. Each section is a space you can make your own.

There is no need to colour every shape or finish the pattern. You can repeat one colour, change colours when you like, or leave some spaces open.

FREE-FLOW PATTERNS

There is no single way through this pattern. Let your attention move around.

Wander through the curves. Stay with one shape, follow a winding route, or let your eyes choose where to go next.

Move through the page in whichever direction feels comfortable. You can stay with one area, move between shapes, or leave the page unfinished.

MY GENTLE RESET PLAN

From the parts that helped, make a small plan you can use again.

After colouring, pause for a few moments. You do not need to feel completely calm for this activity to have been worthwhile. A tiny shift, a new thought, or the choice to stop can all matter.

What I noticed

You can use this plan in your own way. Keep what helps, change what does not, and ask someone you trust for support when you need it.
