A Gentle Mental Health Reminder
A personal message from Maggie
Sometimes looking after our mental health does not need to begin with a complicated plan.
It might simply mean pausing to breathe, remembering to eat something and gently reminding ourselves that we do not have to solve problems that have not actually happened.
Our minds can create entire conversations, situations and worries before life has even had a chance to unfold. When you notice this happening, try to meet yourself with a little humour rather than criticism.
Take a breath, have a snack and give your mind permission to come back to what is happening right now.
You are allowed to take life one moment at a time.
With warmth,
Maggie
