Sleep doesn’t always come easily, especially when your mind is busy or the day has been stressful. If it feels helpful, try giving yourself a little time to wind down with something calming. A bedtime routine can support rest, but struggling to sleep isn’t a personal failure—and a routine won’t solve every sleep difficulty.
I’m Maggie, a psychotherapist, and I made this reminder to invite an honest check-in: what is your relationship with sleep like? Can you answer this honestly?
