When deciding what to eat already feels like a lot, a few familiar, low-effort options can make mealtimes easier to approach. They don’t need to be fancy, and they don’t have to work for everyone. The aim is to reduce some of the pressure, not add another task.
I’m Maggie Learoyd, a psychotherapist with lived experience of ARFID. I know that food choices can be complicated, and a simple recipe list isn’t always the whole answer.
Could a couple of easy options help you? Can you answer this honestly?
