LETTING GO OF WHAT NO LONGER SERVES ME
Letting go is often presented as something simple: decide what is no longer good for you, release it and move forward. In reality, we can understand that something is exhausting us and still find it incredibly difficult to loosen our grip on it.
This reflective guide explores the things we carry that may no longer fit the life we are living now — old expectations, roles, responsibilities, beliefs, habits and relationship patterns.
Rather than telling you simply to “move on”, the resource helps you understand why something may once have been important, what it costs you now, what you fear might happen if you change it and whether letting go could mean reducing or reshaping something rather than removing it completely.
The downloadable resource includes reflections on grief, responsibility and boundaries, fear of change, making space for what matters and a gentle release plan.
You do not have to erase the past to move forward. Sometimes letting go simply means carrying something differently.
