MAKING PEACE WITH WHERE I AM
There can be a painful difference between where we are and where we believe we should be. Comparison, old expectations and imagined timelines can make the present feel like evidence that we are behind.
Making Peace With Where I Am explores acceptance without giving up on change.
The downloadable guide helps separate present-day reality from self-judgement, question the “shoulds” we carry, understand the difference between acceptance and approval, step away from other people's timelines and recognise what already exists alongside what is still missing.
It also explores allowing parts of life to remain unfinished, making changes from care rather than self-rejection, and includes an “Enough for Today” check-in for days when life already feels full.
Where you are today is a place, not a verdict. You do not have to hate the present in order to move towards something different.
