My Battery This Week
Energy is not always consistent. Some experiences restore us while others require far more from us than we realise. Looking back over a week can help us recognise patterns that are difficult to see when we are simply trying to get through each day.
What this activity is for
My Battery This Week is designed to help you explore your energy rather than judge your productivity. It can help you notice what has been draining your battery, what has helped recharge it and where your available energy has been going.
What you need to do
Reflect on your week and use the activity to record your energy levels alongside the things that have drained or restored you. Consider work, relationships, sensory experiences, sleep, responsibilities, socialising, enjoyable activities and anything else that may have affected your capacity.
A little note from me
Low energy isn’t a character flaw, and needing recovery doesn’t mean you haven’t done enough. Your battery can be affected by things nobody else can see. I hope this page helps you listen to your capacity with a little more kindness.
