Preparing ahead can sometimes take the pressure off later. It might be as small as putting one thing by the door or writing down the first step. And if you can’t get to it in advance, that doesn’t mean you’ve failed—life doesn’t always leave us the time or energy.
I’m Maggie, a psychotherapist, and I created this reminder that even a small bit of preparation can count.
What’s one thing you could make easier for later? Can you answer this honestly?
