So, what’s it like to have ADHD?
Imagine trying to explain what’s on your mind while nine televisions are playing at once: one’s showing a brilliant idea, one’s asking “What is going on?”, another’s full of anxiety, and someone’s changed the channel before you’ve finished watching. It can be busy, funny, frustrating and exhausting — sometimes all in the same afternoon.
This meme gives a playful glimpse of that mental whirlwind. ADHD looks different for everyone, but for many people, it can feel like there’s a lot happening behind the scenes, even when the outside world only sees one person trying to keep up.
From Gemma: If you’ve worked out which TV I was watching, please let me know — I lost the remote halfway through.
