For me, being vulnerable with someone I trust means letting them see when I’m finding things hard instead of automatically saying, “I’m fine.” It doesn’t have to mean sharing everything. Sometimes it’s enough to say, “I could use someone to listen.”
Trust grows when we can be honest at our own pace and feel heard without being judged or rushed.
