Repeated negative messages can sometimes become absorbed into the way we think about ourselves. This worksheet gently separates learned stigma from your own values and worth.
This downloadable reflection worksheet is designed to be used at your own pace. There are no right answers and you do not need to complete every section at once. It can be used independently or alongside counselling, coaching or other appropriate support.
Be gentle with yourself here. If a message has been repeated for years, questioning it may take time. The fact that a thought feels familiar does not make it true. You are allowed to replace inherited shame with something kinder and more accurate.
