Coming Out — or Not
Coming out is not a test of authenticity and there is no timetable you have to follow. This worksheet gives you room to consider whether, when, how and with whom you might want to share personal information.
This downloadable reflection worksheet is designed to be used at your own pace. There are no right answers and you do not need to complete every section at once. It can be used independently or alongside counselling, coaching or other appropriate support.
I particularly want this resource to say that not coming out is also a choice. Your safety, privacy and readiness matter. You can take your time, change your mind and decide differently with different people.
