My Journey of Self-Acceptance
Self-acceptance is rarely a single moment. It can develop through safety, understanding, supportive relationships, experience and the gradual unlearning of messages that never belonged to you.
This downloadable reflection worksheet is designed to be used at your own pace. There are no right answers and you do not need to complete every section at once. It can be used independently or alongside counselling, coaching or other appropriate support.
There is no deadline here. You do not have to have every word, label or feeling worked out. I hope this worksheet gives you somewhere gentle to notice how far you have come and what still deserves patience.
With warmth,
Maggie Learoyd MNCPS
