Support does not have to come from one person or one place. This worksheet helps you map the people, communities and professional support that help you feel affirmed, understood and less alone.
This downloadable reflection worksheet is designed to be used at your own pace. There are no right answers and you do not need to complete every section at once. It can be used independently or alongside counselling, coaching or other appropriate support.
Sometimes we know we need support but cannot immediately think who to turn to. Filling this in when you have a little more space can give you something concrete to return to when reaching out feels harder.
