The Cost of Carrying Everything Alone — Pocket Size Guide
When you’ve been holding too much on your own.
This pocket size guide offers a supportive introduction to men’s emotional wellbeing and the pressures that can remain hidden beneath being dependable. It explores how stress may show through irritability, withdrawal, numbness, exhaustion or changes in sleep; how ADHD and executive load can affect everyday responsibilities; and how money worries, career uncertainty, school experiences, bullying, assault and relationship strain can shape confidence.
The guide offers small practical steps for making household tasks visible, communicating with a partner, responding to overwhelm, seeking professional support and sharing the load. It is designed to be read a little at a time. Keep the suggestions that fit, leave what does not and choose one next step that feels manageable.
This is the pocket size guide. The full guide is in the Courses section under Coaching.
