Urgent help and further reading

If there is immediate danger, a serious injury, or you cannot keep yourself or someone else safe, call 999. Do not assume collapse or new medical symptoms are a meltdown.

In England, for urgent mental health support that is not an emergency, call 111 and select the mental health option. Outside England, use your local urgent support service.
