Everything Is Too Much
A neurodivergent interactive overload-dump resource

Sometimes there is not one identifiable problem. Sensory input, people, demands, thoughts, emotions, physical reactions, decisions and exhaustion can all stack together until there is simply no capacity left.

Everything Is Too Much begins with a large, unrestricted 'Get It All Out' space. Users do not have to organise or explain what is happening before expressing it. Later pages gently separate the pile into sensory pressures, people, demands, thoughts, emotions, body reactions and things outside the person's control.

The guide then helps identify what is taking the most energy and, importantly, what can come off the pile. Interactive sections ask what can wait, what can stop and what another person could take over. It finishes by exploring immediate needs for the body, brain and from other people.

The resource includes seven full interactive pages, a tailored message from Maggie, communication wording and further reading. The focus is not on becoming more productive while overloaded, but on reducing the load and creating capacity.
