I'm Holding It All In
A neurodivergent interactive emotional-expression resource

Some people become extremely skilled at containing what is happening inside. They keep functioning, stay polite, hide sensory distress, suppress stims, swallow anger, hold back tears and edit the words they desperately want to say.

I'm Holding It All In gives those feelings somewhere to exist. The guide begins by exploring what is being swallowed, hidden and minimised before opening into a large 'THIS IS EVERYTHING I'VE BEEN HOLDING IN' release page where users can write without filtering or organising their experience.

Later pages explore why someone may be afraid to let feelings show, who they are trying to protect, and the physical cost of continued suppression. Dedicated spaces invite users to identify what they want to scream, say or cry about and what they are allowed to stop carrying.

The guide then turns towards safe expression rather than shame or forced disclosure. Users can identify a safer place, a trusted person and an outlet that fits their needs, while recognising that they do not have to tell everybody everything or release everything at once.

The nine-page interactive PDF includes writable fields, a tailored message from Maggie, practical communication wording, further reading and an urgent-support reminder.
