MY NEURODIVERGENT PROFILE
A reflection worksheet
Space to Breathe Therapy
There is no single way to be neurodivergent. This worksheet offers space to notice how you experience everyday tasks, what helps you feel focused, and what others may not see. It is about your own experiences, not comparing yourself with anyone else.
WHAT THE PROMPTS EXPLORE
The page invites you to reflect on what your brain finds easy or natural, and what may take more effort than people realise. It also asks about the environments where you function best, things that help you focus, and things that drain your energy. These details can help you notice conditions that support you and situations where you may need more time, a change, or support.
You are also invited to think about how you process information, what you wish other people understood about you, and one thing you value about the way your brain works. Strengths and challenges can both be part of your experience; neither cancels out the other.
HOW TO USE THE WORKSHEET
Choose a time that feels manageable. You can fill in one section at a time, write single words or examples, draw, or ask someone you trust to help you think it through. You do not have to complete every section in one sitting. Specific examples can help: a place where you felt comfortable, a task that took unexpected effort, or a kind of explanation that made information easier to understand.
Your answers may change across settings or over time. You could revisit the page after a change in routine, study, work or support. If it feels useful, you can share selected parts with someone who supports you, a trusted person, or a workplace or education professional. You decide what to share.
This is a reflection tool, not a diagnostic test. There are no right answers, and you do not need to fit a particular description to use it. Keep what feels helpful and leave the rest.
