Pelvic Tilts
Pelvic tilts use a very small, controlled movement to gently mobilise the pelvis and lower spine. Because they don’t require a large stretch or complicated position, they can be an approachable way to begin moving when your lower back or pelvic area feels stiff.
They can also help build awareness of how the pelvis, abdomen and lower back move together. This is a good reminder that supporting mobility doesn’t always require big movements, sometimes subtle movement is exactly what your body needs.
