30-Day Challenge – Create a Healthy Habit or Let Go of an Unhealthy One

What could change if, instead of trying to change everything at once, you chose one small commitment and gave it your attention for the next 30 days?

This practical 30-Day Challenge has been created to help you build a healthy habit or begin stepping away from an unhealthy one in a way that is realistic, reflective and compassionate.

You will start by choosing one behaviour and understanding why it matters to you. From there, the workbook helps you look at triggers and existing patterns, make a new habit easier to begin, identify replacement behaviours when giving something up, and prepare your environment to support the change.

There are dedicated plans for difficult days, low motivation, urges and setbacks, alongside full trackers covering all 30 days. Check-ins at Days 10 and 20 help you notice what is working and make adjustments rather than simply deciding you have failed.

This is not a perfection challenge. Missing a day does not take you back to the beginning. A setback can tell you something important about your triggers, your environment or the support you need.

At Day 30, you will have space to look back at what changed, what you learned about yourself and what you would like to carry forward.

Whether your commitment is movement, hydration, sleep, reading, relaxation, connection, reducing screen time or another personally meaningful change, the principle remains the same:

One small commitment. One day at a time. Thirty days of noticing what happens when you keep returning to what matters.
