My Support Network
Support is not one-size-fits-all. Some people need somebody to listen without fixing; others need practical help, professional guidance, company, distraction or support to stay safe.
This worksheet helps you build a support network that reflects what actually works for you. It also recognises that asking for help can be difficult. Shame, fear of judgement, previous experiences or not knowing what to say can all get in the way.
Writing a simple sentence you could use can make reaching out easier when words are hard to find. Keep this somewhere accessible and update it when your circumstances change.
This resource is for personal reflection and is not a substitute for medical, addiction or emergency support.
