My Triggers
Triggers are cues that can make an urge feel stronger or make a familiar behaviour happen almost automatically. A trigger might be a person, place, feeling, thought, body sensation, particular time of day or a repeated routine.
This worksheet helps you map those triggers without judging them. You might notice tiredness, loneliness, sensory overload, boredom, celebration, conflict or familiar environments.
Once a trigger is visible, you have more opportunity to plan around it. The purpose is to understand what makes things harder and what could make those moments safer and more manageable.
