Understanding My Cravings
A craving can feel urgent, physical and difficult to ignore, but cravings often change in intensity over time. Tracking them can help you see that they have a beginning, a peak and a reduction.
This worksheet records what happened just before the craving, what you were thinking or feeling, how strong it felt, where you noticed it in your body and what happened next.
The most useful question may be what helped, even slightly. Repeated entries can reveal patterns and help you build a more personalised plan for difficult moments.
