Come Together to End Domestic Abuse

An awareness and support resource explaining common signs of domestic abuse and encouraging safe connection with specialist help.

This resource has been designed to make a difficult subject easier to approach in small, manageable pieces. The prompts give you somewhere to begin without expecting you to explain everything perfectly or complete the whole page at once.

You can print it, write directly onto it, return to it later, or use it alongside counselling, coaching or another supportive conversation. Leave any section that does not feel relevant or safe to explore.
If you are in immediate danger, contact the emergency services. If it is safe to do so, specialist domestic-abuse services can help you think through your options and safety.

Sometimes having a page in front of you can make it easier to notice what is happening when the words are difficult to find. I want you to use this resource in the way that feels safest and most useful for you.

There is no pressure to complete every box. A few words, one observation or identifying one person you could speak to can be a meaningful starting point.

Please be gentle with yourself as you work through it.

With warmth,
Maggie Learoyd MNCPS
