THE FEELING WALL
A place for everything you feel — even when it doesn’t make sense.

Feelings do not always arrive one at a time. We can love someone and be angry with them, feel relieved and guilty, want connection and desperately need space. Sometimes we cannot name what we feel at all.

The Feeling Wall is a practical reflective guide that gives complicated, contradictory and difficult-to-admit emotions somewhere to exist without judging them or demanding an immediate solution.

Inside the PDF:
• a full interactive Feeling Wall
• prompts for feelings that are difficult to name or admit
• exploration of mixed and conflicting emotions
• a “What Bounced Back?” reflection
• links between feelings, triggers and body sensations
• prompts for recognising emotional layers
• exploration of what an emotion may be pointing towards
• expression, comfort, boundaries, action, connection and time
• a closing and grounding exercise
• guidance for when emotions feel too big to hold alone
• a personal message from Maggie
• further reading, clinical notes and sources

The aim is not to force a positive emotion or find one perfect explanation. It is to make enough room to say: “This is what I feel right now,” and then choose what — if anything — needs to happen next.
