My Treasured Memories
This colourful visual grief resource has been created as a practical page to use, not simply something to read. The layout gives you clear prompts, visual sections and space to write, draw or reflect without expecting grief to fit into a neat pattern.
You can use as much or as little of the page as feels helpful. There are no right answers, and you do not need to complete everything in one sitting. Print it, return to it another day, or use it alongside counselling or another supportive conversation.
I wanted this resource to feel gentle, visual and easy to come back to. Grief can make concentration and finding words much harder, so please do not put pressure on yourself to fill every space.
Choose what feels useful today. One sentence, one memory, one drawing or one small thought can be enough.
With warmth,
Maggie Learoyd MNCPS
