WEEKLY ACTIVITY DIARY
An activity diary can make invisible patterns easier to see, especially when mood, energy or motivation changes across the day.
This weekly layout divides each day into four broad periods, leaving room for activities, rest, people, place and brief mood or energy notes.
It is not a productivity chart. Rest, eating, sensory recovery, connection and medical care are all meaningful activities.
Review the week for gentle clues about timing, balance and support, then choose one small adjustment rather than trying to redesign everything.
With warmth,
Maggie
