BELIEFS ABOUT WORRY RECORD
People living with generalised anxiety may hold understandable beliefs that worry prevents bad outcomes, proves they care or keeps them prepared.
This record helps examine one belief about worry using evidence for and against, followed by a more balanced view and a future response.
The distinction between practical planning and repetitive worry can be especially useful: one leads towards action, while the other may circle without resolving uncertainty.
Use the worksheet with one belief at a time and keep the balanced response realistic enough to believe.
