Goal Setting Journey

Turn your hopes into manageable steps. Choose a meaningful direction, build your pathway and adapt as you learn.

Small steps count. Changing your plan counts too.

🧭 Choose Your Direction

What would you like to work towards?

Choose something that matters to you, not simply what other people expect.

💜 What Matters to Me?

Goals are often easier to return to when they connect with something you value, need or hope to experience.

🪜 Build Your Steps

One step at a time

Break your goal into actions small enough to begin. Each step can have its own date and notes. There is no requirement to set a deadline.

🌱 The Smallest Possible Beginning

You can change the date, make the step smaller or decide not to set a date.

🧰 Barriers, Support & Adjustments

What might get in the way?

My Support Toolkit

Needing adjustments does not make a goal less meaningful. A good plan should account for disability, neurodivergence, fluctuating energy and changing circumstances.

🌱 My Progress Pathway

Your pathway grows as you mark steps completed. A percentage describes the number of listed steps completed, not your worth or how successful you are.

Plans can change

A goal does not have to be completed exactly as first imagined. Reviewing, reducing, pausing or choosing a different direction can all be thoughtful decisions.

My Next Direction

💌 A message from Maggie

A goal is not a measure of your worth. It is simply a direction you have chosen.

You do not have to see the whole staircase before beginning. You may need to make a step smaller, ask for support, take more time or adjust your plans.

Progress can be quiet. It may be a phone call, a difficult conversation, a small action or the decision to start again after a challenging week.

Keep your eyes on the direction, and pay attention to the step underneath your feet.
