MOOD DIARY: THREE COLUMNS
Moods can seem unpredictable when we only remember their strongest moments. A simple diary can reveal links with activity, environment, connection, rest and pressure.
This three-column sheet keeps reflection manageable: date and time, mood and intensity, and the activity or context around it.
You do not need to complete every row. A few honest entries are more useful than perfect tracking, particularly when energy or concentration is limited.
Review the page gently after several days and look for patterns, supports and needs rather than reasons to criticise yourself.
With warmth,
Maggie
