Name the Top Three

When everything feels important, it can become almost impossible to decide where to start. Name the Top Three is a practical overwhelm tool designed to reduce the number of demands competing for your attention at the same time.

The resource encourages you to get the noise out of your head, identify three things that genuinely matter today, and turn each one into a small, clear action. It also looks at the important part that often gets missed: deciding where everything else will go so your brain does not have to keep carrying it.

Your three priorities do not all have to be productive. One can be something that supports your body or nervous system, and on particularly difficult days three may still be too many. Choosing one is allowed.

The downloadable PDF includes a Top Three check-in, practical prioritising guidance, examples of making tasks smaller, ideas for reducing pressure and a personal message from Maggie.
