THE UNSAID WALL
What I can’t tell anyone

We all carry words that never make it into conversation. Sometimes we fear conflict or rejection. Sometimes we are protecting somebody, masking how we really feel, remembering what happened the last time we tried to speak, or simply do not have the words yet.

The Unsaid Wall is a private reflective space for the sentences you rehearse in your head but cannot — or do not want to — say out loud.

Inside the PDF:
• a full interactive Unsaid Wall
• sentence starters for the things that feel hardest to express
• exploration of why we stay silent
• fear of rejection, conflict, judgement and being misunderstood
• reflection on who silence may be protecting
• space to explore previous experiences of trying to speak
• choices beyond simply “tell them” or “keep quiet”
• private writing, more time, therapy/support, boundaries and partial disclosure
• preparation prompts if you choose to have a difficult conversation
• guidance when the unsaid involves safety
• a personal message from Maggie
• further reading, clinical notes and sources

Writing something here does not mean you have to tell anyone. The wall gives the words somewhere to exist while leaving the decision about what happens next with you.
